Summit Applications was engaged to assess, architect and develop a destination focused digital platform for AmbergrisCaye.net. The project combines content architecture, SEO, responsive design and custom application development into a high performance digital experience.

Production Application
BelizeFunTours.com
A working booking platform that runs a live tour operation. This engagement demonstrates production application engineering rather than a marketing website.
Summit Applications was engaged to assess the technology and operational requirements of Belize Fun Tours and develop its customer facing booking platform. The resulting production application supports online bookings, Stripe payment processing and callbacks, electronic ticketing, persistent tracking and automated follow up for incomplete bookings.
Stripe payment processing and callbacks
Payments are taken through Stripe, with server side callbacks confirming each transaction.
Electronic ticketing
Confirmed bookings produce an electronic ticket for the customer and the operator.
Persistent tracking
Booking activity is tracked and retained so the state of every booking is known.
Automated follow up for incomplete bookings
Bookings that are started but not completed trigger an automated follow up.
Belize Fun Tours Tour Desk CRM
Following the successful implementation and more than a year of production use of BelizeFunTours.com, Belize Fun Tours engaged Summit Applications for a substantially larger cloud based operations platform. Summit is currently conducting discovery and solution architecture before development begins.
The planned platform is intended to bring together tour distribution and APIs, reservations, CRM, tour desk operations, fleet management, vehicle tracking, scheduling, accounting and reporting under one cloud based system.
